A property described as having a secure garden may mean a low wall that a determined spaniel clears in one go.

What does a secure garden actually mean?
There is no standard, which is exactly the problem. It can mean six foot fencing on every boundary, or a hedge with a gap behind the shed. Ask for the fence height, ask whether the boundary is complete, and say what your dog is like: a terrier who digs and a lurcher who jumps need different answers.
Can I take more than one dog?
